Italy Serie A Top 4 Teams Prediction

Juventus F.C.

High on every bookmaker’s list, this season is naturally, Juventus, who is arguably the best Italian club of all time, they are the most successful. Juve has won the league 34 times, and have been the sole title holders since the 2011 – 12 Serie A, during which they lost no matches. Last season, they only lost three games out 38, won 30 drew 5.

Presently, they have a stellar lineup with some incredibly skilled, prolific players. Having made one of the biggest signings this transfer window with Cristiano Ronaldo, and their stats are only bound to improve. Even though Massimiliano Allegri and his squad might have their sight set for Champions League, which could be a potential distraction, Juventus is strong enough to pull through regardless and finish at the top of the Serie A table.

Inter Milan

Juventus may have nabbed five-time Ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo, but Inter Milan made some great signings this season too - Radja Nainggolan, Lautaro Martinez, Federico Dimarco, Stefan de Vrij, Matteo Politano, and some other top quality players. And with last season’s Capocannoniere winner Mauro Icardi serving as captain, Inter Milan would give Juventus some still competition, especially with the latter’s focus on the Champion’s League. Odds are, they would finish as a close second.

S.S.C. Napoli

Last season, Napoli finished second, just two points behind Juventus. Earlier this year, Carlo Ancelotti, the only man to win 3 Champions League titles, was appointed as their manager. They made some excellent signings, but also managed to keep some of their strongest players.

This season, however, we might see Napoli fall to the 3rd spot because like Juventus, Ancelotti might be saving his team for the Champions League. Additionally, it might take a while for the players to get entirely used to their new management, which might give them a slow start, hindering their chances of collecting those much-needed points. Jorginho played a huge part in their success last season, and with him missing, Napoli will probably end up below Inter Milan this time around.

A.S. Roma

Roma will most likely end up in the 4th position on the table. The will probably concede a few more goals without Alisson this season, but they still have Edin D?eko, who earned the title of Capocannoniere two years ago, to make up for that. New signings Javier Pastore, Justin Kluivert, Davide Santon, and Steven Nzonzi will undoubtedly be of benefit to Roma. They are undoubtedly a strong team, and will probably end up getting promoted to the Champions League.
